Planning the lift
For anything over roughly three hundred pounds, send us the dimensions and a photo of the path out the door ahead of time. It is far easier to solve a tight stairwell turn on the phone the week before than to discover it with the item halfway through the doorway.
For a labor-only booking, tell us how the truck or unit is currently loaded, since an unorganized rental truck often takes longer to unload than a professionally packed one of the same size, and the crew size we send accounts for that difference.
